Transfer to Padang Bai Port
Your adventure begins with a comfortable transfer from your accommodation to Padang Bai port, where you’ll check in at the "Ostina office". Ensure you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the 09:30 AM departure time to secure your spot on the speedboat. Enjoy a picturesque 2.5-hour journey from Padang Bai port to Gili Trawangan island aboard an "Ostina" speedboat. For those prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness tablets an hour before departure to ensure a pleasant ride.
Main Program
Upon arrival at Gili Trawangan, our friendly representative will greet you with a personalized "MyBaliTrips" sign. Your day unfolds with exciting activities. Dive into the mesmerizing underwater world of Gili Trawangan on a guided group snorkeling tour. Discover three captivating spots: the "Nest" with underwater statues, "Turtle Point" where turtles roam near Gili Meno Island, and the vibrant "Garden of Fish" near Gili Air Island. Capture the beauty with an optional underwater GoPro shoot (additional cost applies).
After snorkeling (around 02:00 - 03:00 PM), savor a delightful lunch on Gili Air Island (not included). Following lunch, enjoy leisure time to relax at your hotel or explore the island’s attractions. Additional activities such as horse riding and ocean fishing are available upon request.
Rise early the next day to catch a breathtaking sunrise before checking out from your hotel by 10:00 AM.
Check-in and Departure
Arrive at "Ostina" office on Gili Trawangan at least 60 minutes before the 11:30 AM departure time to Bali. Upon arrival at Padang Bai port, "Ostina" staff will assist you with the return transfer to your hotel or villa.
Harbor Taxes: Please note, harbor taxes apply (Rp 10,000 / pax from Padang Bai; Rp 20,000 / pax from Gili Islands). Payment is required upon arrival at Gili Trawangan (Rp 20,000 / pax). Taxes are not included in the ticket price.
"Ostina" provides group or private transfer services from the following areas: Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Pepito Market Canggu, Jimbaran (McDonald's), Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Denpasar, Ubud (Ubud Central), and Padang Bay. The cost of a group transfer is Rp 60,000 / pax one way. You can book a group or private transfer through the manager.
The return journey may take approximately 4-5 hours, depending on traffic, boat schedules, and distance to your accommodation. Please be aware that "Ostina" guarantees transfer only to the central area of your location.
In case of adverse weather conditions in the Lombok Strait, the boat company may opt for a ferry transfer for safety reasons, ensuring your safe journey between Gili Islands and Bali.

We traveled with MyBaliTrips to Gili for 3 days - the optimal number of days: Overall, the organization was good, but there were some issues with the transfer - the driver was an hour late in the morning, and upon returning to the port in Bali, no one met us, forcing us to break through a local taxi mafia, which no one will tell you about (just a flock of taxi drivers bursts onto the boat and starts working, and if you break through, they can snatch your tickets in the parking lot and not return them). Advice - try to be the first to leave the boat and just walk to the Astina office. But there you might still have to persuade the driver to take us to our area - thanks to the girl from Astina. We stayed at Lakshmi Bungalows & Villas - very good, and the location is excellent - 2 minutes by bike to the center and 10 minutes to the turtle beach. Breakfasts are rather frugal, but we liked the service and the owner himself - friendly and welcoming. On Gili, we were met by a guide who didn't speak English well, but we understood each other through gestures. Overall, we recommend it.
