What To Expect

Getting there

In the port, you will need to locate the Ostina company office. You must arrive at the port 60 minutes before the departure time of the boat in order to have time to check in for the trip. Once you have checked in for your trip, keep your paper ticket with tear-off pages in a safe place as you will need this ticket for check-in on your return journey.
A journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Lombok takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Return trip

It is time to come back from the paradise islands to Bali. To check in for a return trip, you need to come to the Ostina company office 60 minutes prior to the boat departure.

Attention:

• Ostina is realized by group or individual transfer from nearby: Sanur, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu Station, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Denpasar, Ubud Central and Padang Bay.
  The cost of a group transfer is 50,000 rupees per person one way, you can order a group or individual transfer through the manager;
• at the entrance to the pier before boarding the boat to Gili islands and before departing back to Bali, a government tax of 10 000 rupiah per person required to be paid (total tax 20 000 rupiah per person, both ways);
• if you did not check in at the company office before your trip from Gili, the local boat rate may differ;
• in case of bad weather in the Lombok Strait, in the interest of security, the boat company reserves the right to transfer you to the ferry cruising between Gili Island and Bali;
• there are no pier on Gili Meno, therefore the boats moor directly on the sandy beach;
• according to the new rules for travel within Indonesia, to board the boat you must provide the following documents:
  adults ages 18 and above: In case of a full set of vaccination and booster: vaccination certificate only; In case of no vaccination due to medical reasons: a health certificate only from the public hospital;
  children and adolescents ages 6 to 17: In case of a full set of vaccination and booster: vaccination certificate only; In case of no vaccination due to medical reasons: a health certificate only from the public hospital;
  children under 6 years of age: not required to present the certificate and test results, but must travel with an adult who has met all vaccination or health certificate requirements;
  Only persons with required documents are allowed onboard.
