What To Expect
Day 1
10.30 — Meet at Sultan Kaharuddin Airport in Sumbawa Besar, transfer to the hotel, and check-in.
Day 2
01.00 — Transfer and meet the guide at the hotel in Sumbawa Besar, then travel to the village of Labuan Jambu.
03.00 — Arrive in Labuan Jambu, depart by boat to the Whaleshark Gathering Point.
06.30 — Swim with whalesharks.
08.00 — Depart from the Whaleshark Gathering Point and return to Labuan Jambu.
10.00 — Arrive in Labuan Jambu, proceed to Sumbawa Besar.
11.00 — Stop in Plampang for lunch.
12.00 — Continue the journey to Sumbawa Besar.
13.00 — Arrive in Sumbawa Besar, transfer to Samawa Seaside Resort.
Day 3
07.00 — Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
08.30 — Check out from the hotel, transfer to Sultan Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa Besar.

- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of whale sharks during snorkeling (clause 7.3 of the user agreement).
- If there are large waves at the snorkeling spot on the scheduled day, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace this spot with another one.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 3 days before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
