What To Expect
Day 1
10.30 —Pick up and greet assist in Sultan Kaharuddin airport Sumbawa Besar, transfer to the village of Labuan Jambu.
11.30 — Stop off in Plampang for having lunch.
12.30 — Heading to Labuan Jambu village.
13.30 — Check in Samawa Seaside Resort.
Day 2
04.00 — Transfer to the boat launch point and heading to whales shark point.
06.00 — Arrive at whales shark point and swim with whales shark.
08.00 — Leave whales shark point and heading to Labuan Jambu.
10.00 — showering and breakfast in the guest house.
11.00 — Heading to Sumbawa Besar.
13.00 — Arrive in Sumbawa Besar.
Day 3
Depending on your flight time, enjoy an early or late breakfast. Afterward, you'll have free time until your departure to the airport. At your designated time, a driver from the transportation company will meet you at the hotel reception.
Important information
- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of whale sharks during snorkeling (clause 7.3 of the user agreement).
- If there are large waves at the snorkeling spot on the scheduled day, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace this spot with another one.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 3 days before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
