What To Expect
Join Our "Rafting and Quad Biking in One Day" Tour, available daily. Choose between the morning session at 9:00 AM or the afternoon session at 1:00 PM. Each session lasts 3 hours and 15 minutes.
Transfer Options:
If you choose the option without transfer, you will need to reach the location on your own. Alternatively, we offer a group and individual transfer service from your accommodation to our base. For pricing details, contact us via the online chat on our website.
Main Program:
Ayung River Rafting
- Your adventure begins with a safety briefing by our experienced guides. We provide all the necessary equipment: life jacket, helmet, and paddle.
- Conquer 10 km of thrilling rapids along the Ayung River while taking in breathtaking views. Along the way, you'll pass lush jungles, rocky cliffs, and vibrant flora. A stop at a scenic waterfall offers a tranquil moment to connect with Bali’s natural beauty.
Quad Biking
- After rafting, gear up for an exciting quad biking adventure. You’ll receive detailed instructions before embarking on a unique route through tropical forests, hidden waterfalls, and muddy tracks.
Relaxation and Lunch
- After your adventures, freshen up with a shower and enjoy a delicious Balinese lunch to round off your exciting day.
Return Transfer:
If you have booked a transfer, we will take you back to your hotel or villa. Travel time depends on traffic and the location of your accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
- We provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 24 hours before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.
