we provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 24 hours before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.

in the event of adverse weather conditions, the decision to cancel the tour is made based on official information from the tour provider if the conditions pose a safety risk. For security reasons, no trip will be allowed to proceed if an official ban on its execution is in place.

please note that subjective assessments of weather conditions by trip participants cannot be the basis for determining whether the trip should proceed or be canceled.

in cases of tour cancellations due to weather conditions, refunds will not be issued. However, it may be possible to reschedule the tour for another date.

refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.

we provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.

we assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.

refunds are processed within 14 banking days from the date of the customer's request.
