What To Expect
To ensure a smooth start to your adventure, please arrive at Semabu Hills boat departure point at least 45 minutes before the scheduled time. The boat sets sail at 07:30 in the morning. Look for the Semabu Hills office, and make sure to register there. It's essential to keep your ticket safe, as you'll need it for your return journey to Bali.
On the island
The boat ride to Nusa Penida takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arriving at the island's port, you'll be welcomed by a driver.
Then, you'll embark on a tour to explore Nusa Penida's natural attractions, including Diamond Beach, Kelingking Beach, and Atuh Beach. During the excursion, you'll stop for lunch at a local cafe. Typically, we make a stop at Amok Sunset Cafe.
You have the option to choose from two tour routes. Please inform the manager of your selected option when booking; otherwise, you'll follow the standard route.
Standard route:
This includes Diamond Beach, South Beach, and Rumah Pohon. You'll have lunch at the Indonesian cuisine cafe, Ogix Warung, on the way.
Option 1:
This option includes Diamond Beach, South Beach, Rumah Pohon, and a visit to Kelingking Beach. There is an additional charge of 100,000 rupees per car for the visit to Kelingking Beach, which should be paid in advance. Be sure to inform your manager if you choose this option.
At the end of the tour, the transfer will take you back to the port. The Semabu Hills boat departs from Nusa Penida Island at 17:00.
Please note:
- Group transfer is possible from the areas: Sanur , Denpasar , Kuta , Legian, Seminyak, Ubud Central, Jimbaran (McDonald's); Nusa Dua ITDC;
- Due to limited time on this tour, you will only be able to visit the Kelingking Beach viewpoint;
- A government tax of 25,000 rupees per person is required upon arrival at Nusa Penida island.
- Lunch and dinner at the hotel, restaurant, or warung are not included in this program and will be charged separately.
- Indonesian drivers may not always speak English, so don't hesitate to ask the driver for directions to the entrance of attractions.
- Breakfast is not included in this program, so we recommend bringing breakfast with you from your hotel.
- On the return journey, due to high tide on Nusa Penida, it may be necessary to board the boat from shallow water. We recommend wearing coral slippers for a comfortable disembarkation from the boat.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.

The tour includes:
- a round trip on speed boat to Nusa Penida island
- transfer to the following points: Diamond beach, Atuh beach and Rumah Pohon or Kelingking beach
- a car with an English-speaking driver (basic level)
Extra charge:
- group or individual transfer to the port and back (check the cost with the manager when booking)

- Nusa Penida island is about 40 minutes' drive away

- it is better to withdraw cash for expenses during the trip in advance, since there may be difficulties with ATMs on Nusa Penida
