    Everything was great! The staff were polite, and the instructors were excellent. We went with our 13.5-year-old child, and the instructor personally picked up our child and let him ride the jet ski with him. They provide drinking water, and after the ride, they offer towels and a shower. There are lockers for your belongings. The jet skis are BRP, and the equipment is top-notch! 🚀

  • Refunds for services are processed with a 10% deduction from the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 30 days before the start of the event or upon presentation of an official medical document confirming hospitalization.

  • Refunds are not provided for tour cancellations due to weather conditions; however, the tour can be rescheduled to another date.
