Transfer
If you’re arriving on your own, please be at the «Fly Bali Heli» office 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Alternatively, arrange a transfer through us by contacting our manager via our website (transfer costs are not included in the flight price).
At the Office
Once you arrive, a «Fly Bali Heli» representative will guide you to the helicopter pad. You’ll receive a safety briefing before taking off on your unforgettable flight.

Cancellation policy
we give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts;
cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
a subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
no refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled;
refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment;
we give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service;
we review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of customer's application;
we provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
