What To Expect

  • Self-Arrival: If you’re arriving on your own, please be at the Fly Bali Heli office 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Alternatively, arrange a transfer through us by contacting our manager via our website (transfer costs are not included in the flight price).

  • At the Office: Once you arrive, a Fly Bali Heli representative will guide you to the helicopter pad. You’ll receive a safety briefing before taking off on your unforgettable flight.

  • Western Bali Coastline: Begin your flight along the wide, golden shores of Bali’s most popular beaches—Seminyak, Kuta, and Canggu. These vibrant stretches of sand are a must-see from the air.
  • Tanah Lot Temple: Experience the iconic Tanah Lot Temple from above, perched dramatically on a rocky outcrop surrounded by the ocean. This revered site is one of Bali's most photographed landmarks.
  • Bukit Peninsula: As you head back, take in the stunning views of the southern beaches of the Bukit Peninsula, known for their pristine beauty and rugged cliffs.
  • Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Park: Your journey concludes with a flyover of the magnificent Garuda Wisnu statue, standing tall as a guardian of Bali, a perfect ending to your aerial adventure.

Cancellation Policy

  • We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
  • Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
  • A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
  • No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
  • Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
  • We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
  • We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
