What To Expect
You can get to "Tanah Gajah" by yourself 30 minutes before your flight. Or you can also get to the location on a fast and comfortable transfer, our managers will book it for you.
You are going to fly on the air balloon at the sunrise or sunset. There will be a photographer on site who will capture this special moment for memory and send you 1 photo for free. The territory of the Tanah Gajah Hotel is very picturesque and is perfect for a walk before or after a flight.
The flights start at 06:30 to 07:30 in the morning or at sunset from 17:30 to 18:30.
Important information
- Two adults together with children can ride on an air balloon at the same time. It’s important that the total weight doesn’t exceed 150 kg.
- The flight start time may differ from the one specified in your personal account. The ascent is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis. There may be a long wait or cancellation of the ascent due to weather conditions.
- If the weather is not good, the tour will be rescheduled for another day.
- Drone is prohibited to be operated around the resort perimeter and during the flight.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- Refunds in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions are not
- produced. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 14 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
