What To Expect
Morning Transfer
- Effortless Pickup: A driver from DIVING INDO will arrive at your hotel or villa at the scheduled time to take you to the dive club. Please wait for them at your hotel’s reception or near your villa.
Snorkeling Program
- Gear Setup: At the dive club, the instructor will provide all necessary equipment, including fins, masks, and, if needed, a life jacket.
- Speedboat Adventure: Depart by speedboat toward Nusa Penida, with a travel time of approximately 45 minutes.
- First Snorkeling Spot - Manta Point: Spend about an hour observing the graceful movements of giant manta rays. If you’re lucky, these majestic creatures may come close enough to touch. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the boat after the first snorkeling session.
- Second Snorkeling Spot - Crystal Bay: Dive into the crystal-clear waters and marvel at the white sandy ocean floor and breathtaking coral gardens.
- Third Snorkeling Spot: Located on the north side of Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan, chosen by the captain based on the day’s conditions.
- Return Trip: After snorkeling, head back to the dive center, arriving around 4:00 PM.
Return Transfer
- Convenient Drop-Off: You’ll be transferred back to your hotel or villa. Arrival time will depend on road conditions and the distance from your accommodation.
Important Information
- Manta Ray Sightings: MyBaliTrips.com does not guarantee manta ray sightings (refer to Section 7.3 of the User Agreement).
- Weather Adjustments: In case of large waves, the company may replace the snorkeling spots for your safety.
- Return Transfer Tips: Due to possible low tides, boarding the boat on the return trip might be from shallow water. Coral shoes are recommended for comfortable boarding and disembarking.

Reviews
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for services are subject to a 10% deduction from the total order cost if the cancellation is made by the client more than 7 days prior to the event start date.
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the event, a 50% penalty will apply.
- If the cancellation is made 1 day before the event, a 100% penalty will apply.
- Refunds will be processed based on the currency exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the date of payment.
- A full refund will be provided in cases where the service provider is unable to deliver the service in full.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 calendar days from the date of submission.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the request.
