What To Expect
Morning Transfer
- Convenient Pickup: A friendly driver from Lembongan Snorkeling Trips will meet you at your hotel or villa at the scheduled time. Please wait for the driver at your hotel’s reception or near your villa.
- Check-In: Upon arrival at Sanur Port, you will check in at the company’s office. Remember to keep your ticket safe as it will be required for the return journey.
On Nusa Lembongan Island
- Scenic Boat Ride: Depart Sanur Port at 9:15 AM for a picturesque 40-minute boat journey to Nusa Lembongan.
- Warm Welcome: Greeted by a representative at Jungut Batu Port and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival at the base.
- Snorkeling Adventure: Explore stunning snorkeling sites including Manta Point, where you might swim with majestic manta rays, as well as Gamat Bay and Toyapakeh. Experienced guides ensure your safety and assist you in the water.
- Local Lunch: Savor a delicious Indonesian meal at a local café, offering a taste of the island’s culinary delights.
- Kayaking Through Mangroves: Glide through the mystical mangrove forest, soaking in the enchanting scenery and sunlight filtering through the trees.
- Comfortable Return: The boat heads back to Bali at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival at the port or parking area in Bali, a driver from Lembongan Snorkeling Trips will meet you and transfer you back to your hotel or villa.
Important Information
- Manta Ray Sightings: MyBaliTrips.com cannot guarantee manta ray sightings (refer to Section 7.3 of the User Agreement).
- Weather Adjustments: If Manta Bay conditions are unfavorable, the company may substitute with Crystal Bay or another site for safety.
- Return Transfer Tips: Due to possible low tides, boarding may be from shallow water. Coral shoes are recommended for comfortable boarding and disembarking.

Reviews
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made more than 2 days before the event, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee of the total order amount.
- For cancellations made within 2 days of the event, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or in the case of a no-show on the event day, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.
- The decision to cancel the snorkeling program due to weather is based on official weather information. The service provider's expertise on weather conditions will determine if the trip proceeds. If maritime travel is prohibited, the trip will not take place.
- Participants' subjective weather assessments are not considered in the decision.
- No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations, but the tour can be rescheduled.

- Nusa Lembongan island is about 40 minutes' drive away
