Since ancient times, when a person reached a certain position or status, they began to ponder spiritual questions: Who am I? Where am I going? What is my path?

In search of answers to these questions, Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad, and other representatives of the sacred human lineage embarked on their journeys.

What if, to unravel the mystery of the Universe, one needs to retreat to a place of strong energy, immerse themselves in silence, and simply observe the flow of thoughts in the mind?

We invite you to a retreat immersion in the very heart of the sacred island of Bali, where silence awaits you in Paradise or Paradise in silence. We will do everything to ensure that in this mystical and sacred setting, you embark on a transformative journey to the depths of your true self, to uncover inner treasures and experience the wonders of transformation, for which you will have plenty of time with the most important person in your life - yourself.

Our team will guide you on this path, providing tools that promote inner growth and well-being. You can expect daily diverse self-development practices aimed at cleansing the body and soul, the best healing and spa treatments, healthy vegetarian meals three times a day, accommodation in a place of strong energy, professional guides, and local Balinese priests.

What To Expect

  • Day 1: Arrival at the Airport, Check-in at the Hotel, and Wellness Consultation

As soon as you land on the island of Bali, a driver will be waiting for you at the airport to take you in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to Ubud – the sacred and cultural capital of the island. This place will pleasantly surprise you with its unique energy, vibrant nature, and beautiful temples. Here, the desire to create, to be present in the moment, and to immerse yourself in your inner spiritual state awakens.

You will check in at the "Adiwana Svarga Loka" hotel, located in the very heart of Ubud. The powerful energy circulating at this tropical resort helps guests move closer to inner transformation and well-being. Here, you will be guided by experienced local masters and therapists who will lead you to your true self through various healing practices.

After resting from your long journey, you will have your first wellness consultation, which will help determine the right type of nutrition for you and provide recommendations regarding your health.

  • Day 2: Consultation with a Balinese Healer and Shirodhara

After a light vegetarian breakfast, you will participate in a yoga and meditation practice.

Yoga brings balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Meditation, along with the ability to control your breath, will help you remain healthy and peaceful in any situation, which will inevitably lead to an overall improvement in your quality of life.

After meditation, you will have a wellness consultation with an experienced Balinese healer, who will identify your blockages, conduct an aura cleansing practice, and balance your chakras. During the consultation, you will receive personalized recommendations for healing your body and soul. Discover the transformative power of healing and rejuvenation!

Next, you will experience a Balinese Shirodhara massage. Feel weightless as you disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse yourself in your inner sensations.

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic procedure aimed at activating a person's inner forces. It helps restore not only physical but also spiritual health. The essence of the treatment involves warm oil being poured in a thin stream onto the forehead from a vessel for an hour. Such a simple action has a profoundly calming and transformative effect! Thoughts fade away. Rebirth begins...

After Shirodhara, it is impossible to remain the same. In this new state of being, you find yourself alone with yourself.

From 1 PM to 2 PM, lunch will be served at the hotel. Following that, you will have free time. Enjoy the moment, be present here and now, and do what your soul desires. For it is in this moment that you have tuned into the right vibrations and are able to hear your inner voice.

In the evening, a dinner awaits you at the hotel, followed by a second night on the magical island.

  • Day 3: Balinese Healing Ritual Melukat and Bori Making Workshop

After a delicious and nutritious breakfast and an energizing yoga session to help loosen your body and get your blood flowing, you will have a Melukat session. This is a sacred body cleansing ritual conducted by a Balinese spiritual leader. Trust in this energy and feel the purification of not only your body but also your inner energy!

Bali is renowned for its Ayurvedic medicinal herbs and spices. In a specially organized workshop, you will learn to make the traditional Bori scrub, which improves circulation and detoxifies the body.

After the workshop, you can enjoy a mantra massage, a herbal bath, and a turmeric herbal drink.

A delicious Balinese vegetarian lunch will be waiting for you at the hotel. After that, you will have free time once again.

You can spend the rest of the day in silence and tranquility, observing your inner peace, or, if you wish, you can explore the island with its rich cultural heritage and stunning nature by booking an additional tour called “Authentic Bali: East Tour.”

During the tour, you will visit a temple complex carved into the rock, the picturesque Gembelung Waterfall with a bathing pool, learn about Balinese customs and traditions at the Museum of Samsara, and stroll through the authentic village of Tenganan, known for its residents, their way of life, and traditional crafts.

In the evening, a dinner awaits you at the hotel.

  • Day 4: Walk in Ubud, Offering Making, and Foot Reflexology

After a light breakfast at the hotel, you will take a short morning walk in Ubud.

You may have already noticed the important part of Balinese culture known as offerings. They are everywhere: in sacred places, on altars, at the doors of homes, and near shops. These colorful baskets (Canang Sari) filled with flowers, rice, fruits, sweets, and other symbolic items serve as a means of communication between Balinese people and the divine world. When making an offering, a Balinese person either addresses benevolent forces, praying for well-being, or malevolent spirits, asking them not to interfere in their life. If the basket is placed on a tree branch or a temple shelf, it is a gift to the benevolent forces, while what is placed on the ground is intended for the malevolent spirits.

Immediately after the walk, you will head to a workshop on making offerings and learn all the intricacies of this sacred act.

Next, you will have some free time before another healing procedure – foot reflexology.

Did you know that there are numerous receptors on the foot that correspond to different organs and systems of the body? By pressing on certain points, you can stimulate the functioning of organs and thereby improve your health.

To enhance the effect of the foot massage, you will then proceed to a yoga session. Afterward, you can reward your body for its practices with a delicious and nutritious lunch at the hotel.

After lunch, you will have free time and a traditional dinner at the hotel.

  • Day 5: Cleansing, Tour to Mengening Temple, and Balinese Coconut Massage

Today will be an unusual day. After breakfast and yoga, you will head out on a tour to one of the oldest temples in Bali – Mengening Temple, which translates to “Pure Water.” On the temple grounds, you will find two pools – one for women and the other for men. People come here to perform the familiar Melukat ceremony, in which you can also participate.

After visiting the temple, you will enjoy a traditional Balinese massage with natural coconut oil. Just look at how your body has changed thanks to your efforts and the attention of the retreat center specialists. So much care and attention have been invested! You will definitely notice and feel this for yourself.

Next, you will have free time. Take a stroll around the town, visit local attractions, such as the Water Temple of Goddess Saraswati in Ubud, known for its lotus ponds, amphitheater, and symbolic figures of mythical beings.

Return to the hotel for lunch. After that, you can continue with your personal practices and activities until dinner at 7:00 PM.

  • Day 6. Free Day

Today is a day for relaxation and rest. After breakfast and yoga, you can go sightseeing in Ubud or book an additional tour to the beaches of Bali and spend the whole day by the ocean! Meeting the ocean will fill you with its energy and provide you with natural therapy from nature.

On this journey, you will visit four picturesque beaches of Bukit: Melasti, Padang-Padang, Balangan, and the beach with the enchanting name Dreamland.

This day will leave you with unforgettable impressions! At 7:00 PM, you will head back to the hotel, where dinner will await you upon your arrival.

  • Day 7. Healing Bath

After breakfast and morning yoga, you will have another procedure with an amazing healing effect – the Healing Bath.

Being in warm water is beneficial for the body, and if this water contains herbal infusions or other additives, the benefits increase even more. Healing baths draw toxins from the body, restore cells, relieve pain, strengthen the immune system, and improve psycho-emotional well-being. Soaking in a warm aromatic bath with flower petals will surely be a delightful conclusion to the retreat.

After lunch, you will have plenty of free time to take one last stroll through Ubud. Be sure to visit the artisan street with numerous shops selling handmade products. Here, you will definitely find something interesting to gift your loved ones.

In the evening, as usual, dinner will await you at the hotel.
