Siaba Island

Siaba Besar is one of the most beautiful islands in Komodo National Park, celebrated for its pristine nature and extraordinary marine life. Known as "Turtle City", it's one of the few places in Indonesia where encounters with green sea turtles and hawksbill turtles are virtually guaranteed — whether you're snorkelling or diving.
The island is surrounded by crystal-clear water with visibility stretching up to 30 metres. Beneath the surface, vibrant coral gardens, schools of tropical fish and delicate soft corals create a truly mesmerising underwater world. Currents around Siaba Besar are gentle and the reef is shallow, making it equally accessible for first-time snorkellers and experienced divers.
Above water, Siaba Besar offers something equally rare: silence. No crowds, no noise — just the ocean, the island and a feeling of being completely immersed in the wild heart of Komodo. The perfect place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature.
