What to expect
You can take a morning or evening cruise on the HARUKU yacht. You will see Bali from the ocean: its magnificent volcano mountains in the clouds, tropical forests, rocky shores and the east coast of Nusa Dua and Sanur beaches.
At the appointed time of the meeting in your hotel/villa will arrive a driver of the transport company Pulau Luxury yachts to take you to Serangan port. You need to wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near the villa.
Usually, morning cruise starts at 10:00 am and ends around 1:00 pm. It is up to you how to spend time: snorkel with fish, tan on a big swimming mattress, fish or do sports on a board with a paddle. You can try surfing in Serangan, water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing or just enjoy the views of Bali islands.
Evening cruise starts at 3:00 pm and ends around 07:00 pm. The route goes along the East coast of Nusa Dua and Sanur beaches. A romantic evening aboard the yacht begins with a glass of chilled champagne and relaxing music. If desired, we can make exquisite canapes.
We offer you to enjoy the taste of champagne and sound of music while contemplating the beauty of the sun disappearing into the horizon. Endless sky illuminated by the sunset is a touching and amazing view, that makes you feel true happiness.

Cancellation policy
refunds for the trip are made with 50% of the payment if the cancelation by the customer is made at least 60 days before the event. If the deposit paid for the boat is less than 500 USD, the entire deposit is lost;
refunds will be made at the exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the date of payment;
full refund is made in case of impossibility on the part of the provider to provide the service in full;
the time period for consideration of the refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application;
money refund period - up to 14 calendar days from the date of the decision to refund;
tour cancelation due to weather conditions is accepted based on official information about the weather conditions that prevent safe conduct of events. Tour organizers have experience and knowledge of weather conditions along the route of the trip. No trip, for safety reasons, will be allowed if there is a travel ban;
a subjective assessment of weather conditions by trip participants cannot be the basis for a decision to undertake or cancel a trip.
