What to expect

Day 1 — Transfer from Bali to Bromo Volcano

08:00-12:00 A comfortable transport picks you up from your hotel/villa, traversing Bali's picturesque landscapes: beaches, rice fields, and the Western National Park.

12:00-13:00 Cross the ferry to the Banyuwangi port on Java's east side. Stop in Ketapang for a delicious local lunch before heading to Mount Bromo.

18:00 Arrive at Jemara Lawang village. Check-in and prepare for an early rise.

Day 2 — Sunrise at Mount Bromo

03:00 Depart in a 4WD jeep to catch the stunning sunrise over Mount Bromo.

06:00 Drive through the "Sea of Sand" and ascend the active volcano. Climb 240 steps to reach the summit for breathtaking views of the crater and Martian-like landscapes.

09:15-11:00 Return to the hotel for breakfast, relaxation, and check-out.

16:00 Check-in at the next hotel and enjoy free time to relax.

Day 3 — Tumpak Sewu Waterfall and Transfer

05:30-6:00 Head to Tumpak Sewu, one of Java's most beautiful waterfalls. Marvel at the "thousand waterfalls" cascading from a height of 180 meters.

09:00-11:00 Enjoy breakfast and set off for Mount Ijen. A 5-hour drive brings you to a hotel near Ijen by 6:00 PM. Rest and prepare for the nighttime adventure.

Day 4 — Ijen Volcano Trekking and Return to Bali

12:30 Depart for the Ijen volcano. Meet your knowledgeable, English-speaking guide who will provide masks, respirators, and torches.

02:00 Start the trek, reaching the crater in about 1.5 hours. Witness the mesmerizing blue flames and the sulfur mining operations. 2386 meters above sea level, enjoy incredible views of the mountain silhouettes, morning mist, and the turquoise-hued acidic lake.

06:00 Begin the descent and head back to the hotel for breakfast and packing.

11:00 -17:00 Travel back to Bali. Arrival time depends on your hotel's location and road conditions

Important information:

Transfer from the hotel/villa and back for areas: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Lovina.

If you have two pickup points in the same area, there is no extra charge. If your pickup is from different areas, check the cost with the managers.

According to the new requirements for visiting the Ijen volcano, all tourists must check their blood pressure and obtain a medical certificate. There will be a short stop at a hospital on the way to the volcano. This won't take much time.

Due to Mount Bromo volcanic activity, ascent is limited to 1 km from the crater or the base of the staircase, with further ascent subject to weather conditions and guide approval.

Access to Ijen Crater is restricted to 500 meters from the sulfur source, marked by the red flag. The descent to the lake is hazardous and not recommended. The tour operator assumes no responsibility for any risks taken.

Itinerary times are approximate and may change due to weather or other factors.

We are not liable for weather conditions during your ascent dates; expect unpredictable weather at Mount Ijen and Bromo, especially in the rainy season.

Temperatures at Mount Bromo's summit can drop to +7 to +3°C; pack warmly.

Return masks and flashlights to your guide after ascending Mount Ijen to avoid fines.

Ascent of Mount Ijen is not recommended for individuals with respiratory diseases, pregnant women, or those with heart failure.

Это было незабываемо! Невероятно красивые места, продуманная логистика и самые лучшие гид и водитель. Мы везде были первыми, наш гид Фиби занимал для нас лучшие места и никому не позволял мешать нам. Мы увидели все самое интересное и ни разу не устали. На водопаде Тумпак Севу мы были на рассвете, а потому вообще одни на всей территории - я в шоке! Это позволило по-настоящему проникнуться удивительной атмосферой этого сказочного места. Там такая энергетика! Остался позади накопленный жизненный негатив - осталась только тихая радость от сопричастности великому чуду природы. Оказывается, водопад питается талой водой вулкана Семеру, поэтому купание в многочисленных потоках и ванночках - это еще и замечательный спа-уход за кожей. Фиби оказался еще и профессиональным фотографом, поэтому подарил нам еще и множество классных фото и видео. Это потрясающий человек с большой душой! Надеюсь, не потеряемся и будет общаться дальше. Если в туре вашим гидом будет Фиби - это точно будет ваше самое лучшее путешествие!
