What To Expect
Waterbom Bali in Kuta: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we recommend arriving early to make the most of your day. Upon arrival, head straight to the registration desk where you’ll present your pre-paid ticket. The staff will provide you with an electronic wristband, your key to unlocking all the park’s experiences and amenities.
Getting Ready: After receiving your wristband, which can be topped up with a suggested deposit of 300,000 IDR for easy cashless payments, you can proceed through the turnstiles. Head to the locker rooms to change and store your valuables securely.
Your Adventure Begins Thrills and Spills: Waterbom is home to some of the world’s most exhilarating water slides. Feel the rush of adrenaline as you tackle the twists and turns of the iconic Climax slide, or float leisurely down the Lazy River if relaxation is more your style. For the little ones, the dedicated kids’ area offers safe and fun mini-slides and splash zones.
More Than Just Slides: Beyond the water attractions, Waterbom offers volleyball courts, badminton, table tennis, and ample space for sunbathing and relaxation. Indulge in a spa treatment or a soothing massage to unwind after a day of action-packed fun.
Surf’s Up: Ever wanted to try surfing? Waterbom offers surfing sessions with expert instructors, allowing you to ride the perfect wave in a controlled, safe environment.
Time to Relax Dining and Drinks: After working up an appetite, head to one of the park’s many restaurants or poolside bars. Enjoy a tropical cocktail and savor delicious dishes while soaking in the unique Bali vibe. Whether you're in the mood for something light or a full meal, the options are sure to please every palate.
Secure Your Valuables:
- Lockers are available at a small extra charge—70,000 IDR for a standard locker or 85,000 IDR for a family size. Each locker includes a deposit of 20,000 IDR, refundable after the locker key is returned. You’ll receive an electronic wristband that doubles as a key for your locker.
- Don’t forget to remove any metal accessories or zippers from your swimwear, as they aren’t allowed on some slides for safety reasons.
- An additional deposit of 10,000 IDR is required for the electronic locker key, which will be refunded at the end of your visit.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
