Сruise on "Aneecha" yacht

Excellent tour! Well-organized transfer

We booked several excursions on this site, everything is clear and corresponds to the description. Initially, it didn’t work out with the yacht tour. We booked a cruise on the Aneecha yacht (Aneecha Cruise) for November 30, and a day before they said the yacht was broken and would be replaced by another one, Sail Sensations. We were offered to postpone it to December 3, as we wanted a tour on the precisely described Aneecha (Aneecha Cruise) yacht, and were told it would come out of repair! On December 2, they tell us that the yacht did not come out of repair and would again be replaced by another. It will be out of repair on 15.12.2024. When asked how many people bought the tour, the answer was 8. In the end, we agreed, in the morning we were picked up at 7.00 from the hotel, at 7.20 we were at the port, only to find out that the tour's start was at 9.00, not at 8.00 (as stated in the description) - 1.5 hours of waiting in the stuffiness. The most unpleasant thing, we found out that the yacht was not broken; they just decided to unite everyone and to seat on a larger and completely different class vessel!!!!! And there were 81 people. As a result, this was the most senseless and expensive excursion for us. The main point was to walk on a comfortable yacht, and it turned out to be just a transfer to the island and pontoon, where snorkeling was none, few fish and a lot of garbage in the ocean, seaweed village was also uninteresting. For understanding, they drove us on a tuk-tuk to a 3 by 3 meter stretch of coast where seaweed is grown, a bunch of people got out, told everything in 5 minutes, then walked 20 meters up, showed a field where it dries, and we went back! We lay on the beach for a couple of hours, didn't even immerse ourselves, the ocean is very dirty, like swimming in soup with garbage! To summarize, organization in terms of safety, timing, service is at the highest level, but why deceive and conceal the true reasons for the vessel replacement, is a question! If we knew all the nuances immediately, we would have refused, but it wouldn’t have been so insulting for the wasted time, money, and there wouldn’t have been negative feelings towards this company. For information about the allegedly broken Aneecha yacht (Aneecha Cruise), I made an official request and received an official answer that you can charter the yacht on December 4-5-6-7 under the selected attached program! The yacht was not broken and is ready to receive tourists and can be rented! Very unpleasant sensations remain! This excursion is not worth the $ and time! Everything was great. The driver arrived on time, took us to the port, and helped us get the bracelets. We were greeted on the yacht with smiles, welcome drinks, and snacks. They kept asking if everything was okay. Snorkeling was cool, we saw many different fish. I recommend it, it's worth the money.

Really enjoyed it here from start to finish. The yacht was beautiful, clean, and we had a great time! The tour is diverse, with snorkeling, a yacht ride, a delicious lunch … it's worth it! Thank you
