We've taken several tours on this site, everything is clear and corresponds to the description. With the yacht tour, it initially didn't work out. We booked a cruise on the Aneecha (Aneecha Cruise) on November 30, and a day before we were told the yacht was broken and there would be a replacement with another one, Sail Sensations. We were offered to postpone it to December 3 because we wanted a tour on the yacht specified in the description, Aneecha (Aneecha Cruise), and were told it would be out of repair by then! On December 2, they told us that the yacht hadn't been repaired and would be replaced again with another one. They said it would be repaired by 12/15/2024. When asked how many people had bought the tour, the answer was 8. In the end, we agreed, in the morning we were picked up at 7:00 from the hotel, we were at the port by 7:20, and only there we found out that the tour starts at 9:00, not at 8:00 (as stated in the description), meaning 1.5 hours of waiting in the heat. Most unpleasantly, we found out that the yacht wasn't actually broken; they just decided to combine everyone and seat them on a bigger, entirely different class vessel! And there were 81 people. In the end, this was the most useless and expensive tour for us. The main thing was a trip on a comfortable yacht, but it turned out to be just a transfer to the island and pontoon, where snorkeling was unimpressive: few fish and a lot of trash in the ocean, the village with seaweed wasn't interesting either. To understand, they brought us in a tuk-tuk to a shore area of 3 meters by 3 meters where they grow seaweed, a bunch of people were told everything in 5 minutes, then 20 meters up to where it dried were shown, and then we went back! We lay on the beach for a couple of hours and didn't even take a dip, the ocean was very dirty, like swimming in soup with garbage! To sum up, in terms of safety, timing, and service, the organization is top-notch, but why deceive and withhold the true reasons for the vessel's replacement, that's the question! If we had known all the nuances immediately, we would have refused, but then we wouldn't feel so bitter about the wasted time, money, and the negative feelings toward this company. For your information, regarding the allegedly broken yacht Aneecha (Aneecha Cruise), I made an official inquiry and received an official response that you can charter the yacht on December 4-5-6-7 for the chosen attached program! The yacht wasn't broken and is ready to receive tourists, it can be rented! Very unpleasant feelings remain! This tour is not worth the money and time! We ask the company managers and management to draw the right conclusions! Everything was great. The driver arrived on time, took us to the port, and helped us get the bracelets. We were greeted on the yacht with smiles, welcome drinks, and snacks. They kept asking if everything was okay. Snorkeling was cool, we saw many different fish. I recommend it, it's worth the money.
