A driver from «Bali Made Tour» will meet you at the exit of the international or domestic terminal at Bali Airport. You can easily identify them by the sign displaying our company name, «MyBaliTrips».
Included waiting time is up to 2 hours from the scheduled pickup time listed in your account. Extra waiting time (more than 2 hours) is payable in cash directly to the driver: 100 000 Rp / hour.
For a night transfer, an additional charge of 50 000 Rp / car is paid on the spot in cash to the driver. Night transfer times from 23.00 to 05.00. If your flight is delayed, please contact the driver directly using the phone number provided in your personal account. You can change the driver's pickup time no later than 3 hours before the originally scheduled time.
Bali Airport offers free Wi-Fi. For quicker coordination with your driver, we recommend connecting to the internet immediately upon arrival.
If the transfer is arranged less than 24 hours before your flight arrival/departure, our company is not responsible for fulfilling your order.
If you want to change the pickup time assigned by the transport company, please contact us through the online chat on our website and inform the manager. Otherwise, the driver will wait for you at the time specified in your account.

For assistance outside these hours, you can reach the on-call manager of the transport company (the driver's phone number is listed in your personal account). When contacting us, please provide your full name (as stated in your booking in English) and mention that you are «MyBaliTrips» customer.

we provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 3 hours before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
