I asked to change the café for lunch, as the one listed in the program had terrible reviews. The manager replied that everything was agreed with the captain, and there would be no problems. A speaker for music was also promised, which was important to us because my husband is a DJ and he spent a lot of time preparing tracks for his birthday and a gift for his guests. As it turned out, when we arrived at the pier, the captain texted that he couldn't go with us, and there would be a replacement. When we finally set out to sea, it turned out that the speaker was dead, and the charging cable didn't work. In response to all my requests, both the captain and manager said they couldn't help. As a result, the birthday passed without music and dancing, although this was extremely important to us. Moreover, for lunch, we were taken to the terrible café that we initially refused. There were boats all around, and it was impossible to swim ashore! After all, we went to Nusa Penida for this very reason, to have the opportunity to swim in clean water... None of our wishes was fulfilled! Thanks for ruining our celebration!!! It was an unforgettable disastrous holiday, thanks to the unprofessionalism of the entire team...
Our family enjoyed everything! The fishing was successful. We caught a nice tuna, which was grilled for us on Nusa Penida island. But what I liked the most was snorkeling. Seeing the underwater world with extraordinarily beautiful fish and corals is something else!!!!!
