When you land in Bali, a driver from the Maps Bali Tours transport company will be waiting for you with a comfortable vehicle. You will find him just outside the international or domestic terminal exit holding a "MyBaliTrips" sign.

From there, the driver will take you straight to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the rest of the day at your own pace.

Today you get to pick between two itineraries: a trip into the mountainous Kintamani region or a tour of the most photogenic spots around Ubud.

Kintamani

This route introduces you to the nature and culture of central Bali. You'll visit the Monkey Forest and one of three traditional temples of your choice: Tirta Empul with its sacred springs, the ancient Goa Gajah complex, or Gunung Kawi, carved directly into the cliffs.

Next come the famous Tegallalang rice terraces, Tegenungan Waterfall, and the drive up into the Kintamani highlands. Here you'll have lunch at a restaurant overlooking Mount Batur and the lake that shares its name.

The day wraps up with a taste of local culture and a stop at a coffee plantation, where you can sample luwak coffee along with other regional coffees and teas.

Instagram Tour

This itinerary brings together some of the most recognizable and beautiful locations around Ubud. You'll stop at the Monkey Forest and one of three temples of your choosing — Tirta Empul, Goa Gajah, or Gunung Kawi.

After that, you'll head to the Tegallalang rice terraces, where you can ride the famous swings above the tropical scenery and enjoy lunch at a restaurant with a stunning view.

The afternoon brings Tegenungan and Kanto Lampo waterfalls, and the day ends at a coffee plantation with a tasting of local coffee and tea varieties.

Day three also comes with two options: palaces, temples, and the coastline of East Bali, or the mountain landscapes of the island's northern reaches.

East Bali

You'll travel to Lempuyang Temple, famous for its gates framing Mount Agung. Then it's on to the royal Taman Ujung palace with its gardens and pavilions, followed by the Tirta Gangga water palace with its ponds, fountains, and landscaped grounds.

The program also includes a visit to a chocolate factory tucked into tropical greenery. Depending on the route you choose, the day can finish on one of the white-sand beaches of the east coast or at the bat cave.

The Magical North

Your journey through North Bali begins at the Jatiluwih rice terraces, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Next you'll visit Ulun Danu Temple on the shores of mountain Lake Beratan and stop for lunch at a panoramic restaurant. Along the way, mountain viewpoints and the scenic landscapes of northern Bali await.

After lunch, you'll head to Banyumala Waterfall for a swim, with one of the final stops being the iconic Handara Gate set against forested mountains.

You'll spend two days on the neighboring island of Nusa Penida, roughly 40 minutes from Bali by speedboat. Sheer cliffs, wild beaches, legendary viewpoints, and a rich underwater world are waiting for you here.

Early in the morning, a driver will collect you from your hotel and bring you to Sanur harbor. On arrival at Nusa Penida, a driver holding a "MyBaliTrips" sign will meet you.

On the first day you'll explore the western side of the island, visiting Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel's Billabong, and Crystal Bay. After the tour, you'll check in to the four-star Semabu Hills with its panoramic views of the ocean and Mount Agung.

The following day you can choose between two programs.

• Option one — snorkeling off the coast of Nusa Penida. Depending on the weather, the route may include Manta Bay, Crystal Bay, Gamat Bay, and other spots. With a bit of luck, you may come face to face with giant manta rays.

• Option two — continue exploring the island with a tour of its eastern side, including Diamond Beach and Atuh Beach.

Once the program is complete, you'll take the speedboat back to Bali, where a driver will meet you and bring you to your hotel or villa.

After several packed days, this one is entirely yours. Spend it on the beach or by the pool, wander the neighborhood, book a spa session, go shopping for gifts and souvenirs, or plan something else entirely.

On departure day, a driver will meet you at your hotel and take you to Bali airport. The pickup time will be arranged around your flight schedule.
