Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking Experience

Meeting with the guide before the hike
03:00 — you need to arrive at the base of the service provider. Here, you’ll meet other participants and your guide, who will give a short briefing and provide flashlights. You’ll be offered a light breakfast — a banana pancake, tea, and coffee. After breakfast, a vehicle from the service provider will take you to the starting point where the hike begins.

Trekking Mount Batur
04:00 — the ascent to Mount Batur begins. To make the 1717-meter trek more comfortable, several rest stops are planned along the way. You’ll reach the summit at sunrise, where you’ll be greeted with a stunning view of the caldera and the mist-covered mountain lake. A light snack and water will be provided at the top. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the sunrise and take beautiful photos before returning to the starting point. From there, a vehicle with driver will take you back to the base.

• According to clause 7.3.3 of the User Agreement, "MyBaliTrips" is not responsible for weather conditions on the dates you have booked your tour. The weather in the Batur volcano caldera is unpredictable. During the ascent, fog, rain, and low visibility are possible, especially during the rainy season;

• please note: the guide will accompany you during the ascent as part of a shared group. This is a group tour, so the guide assists all participants in the group at the same time.
