What to expect
You need to arrive at the meeting point, Warung Jowet, by 03:50 PM (location details will be in your personal account). You can also book a transfer from your hotel or villa to the meeting point and back. Please wait for the vehicle at your hotel reception or near your villa.
Tour program
Before departure, a brief orientation will be given. Once briefed, you'll be seated comfortably in our 4х4 Jeeps, with three passengers per vehicle, ready to embark on your adventure.

Valley of Frozen Black Lava: Formed after Mount Batur's eruptions in the 1960s. Experience a thrilling Jeep ride and take a leisurely walk through this fascinating landscape.
Brutus Hills: once a lava sand mining area, offering stunning views of the southern Kintamani Valley at 1400 meters.
Sunset Jeep Point: Spend about an hour here. Marvel at the vibrant sunset, sip coffee at 1490 meters above sea level, and make sure to capture this magical moment on camera.
By 07:30 PM, you will return to the starting point.

¡Buen día! Fue simplemente maravilloso, sinceramente. Los chicos están haciendo un gran trabajo. Muy atentos y cariñosos. Hicieron que este pequeño viaje fuera mejor de lo que podría haber sido. Gran agradecimiento por reprogramar el viaje un día debido a la lluvia. No hubiéramos podido ver nada. El conductor estuvo en contacto conmigo incluso por la noche. Y nuestro jeep era el más bonito y nuevo.

Todo estuvo genial 👍 lo único malo fue que las moscas entraron en el coche, pero eso no es culpa del conductor) las vistas son impresionantes, tomamos café con un croissant al atardecer, el conductor nos tomó hermosas fotos, compramos lindas pulseras - las ofrecen en las paradas, fue interesante ver cómo crecen las plantas sobre la lava, muy bien cuidadas

decisions to proceed or cancel a trip will not be based on subjective assessments of weather conditions by trip participants;
there will be no refund in the event of tour cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. However, the tour can be rescheduled for another date;
a full refund will be issued if the contractor (service provider) is unable to deliver the service as originally agreed;
the timeframe for processing refund requests is within 5 working days from the date of the request;
the refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date of the request.
