What To Expect
Morning transfer
By the time of your arrangement a driver of Lembongan snorkeling trips will arrive at your hotel. He picks you up and takes you to Sanur harbor. You should wait for the driver at the reception or in front of your villa. The driver takes you to the office. You should check in on the boat and keep the ticket in a safe place – you are going to use it on your way back.
On Nusa Lembongan Island
The boat sets off from Bali at 09:15 a.m. The way to Nusa Lembongan takes around 40 minutes. The rep of the company will meet you at Junguta Batu harbor. When everyone gathers you will go to the location. There you will be served welcome drinks and provided with mask, snorkels, and flippers. You can leave your stuff in the lockers.
After that you with all the rest go snorkeling. There are usually 3 spots in the program: Manta Point, where you can swim together with giant manta-rays, Gamat Bay and Toya Pakeh. The guide is responsible for your safety and he will help you to get on the boat if it’s necessary.
After snorkeling you will be served lunch with Indonesian dishes in a local cafe.
After that you come back to the first spot and go on a tour around the island. You will see the Yellow bridge – famous hanging bridge that connects Lembongan with the neighboring Nusa Ceningan. Then you go to Dream beach – if you are lucky with the high tide you should swim in this beautiful place. The next stop you will make at Devil’s Tear cove where the ocean waves rock, and you can also take beautiful photos at the Panorama point with an island-view.
The boat to Bali sets off from Nusa Lembongan at 4 p.m.
Return transfer
The driver of Lembongan snorkeling trips meets you in Bali at the harbor or at the parking area. When everyone gathers, transfer takes you back to the hotel or villa.
Important
- Breakfast is not included in your tour package. We advise you to bring it with you.
- During the low tide you must get on the boat from the shore in Bali. We advise you to take coral shoes to make it easier to get on and off the boat.
- Be very careful at Panorama point – don't get close to the breakdown.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made more than 2 days before the event, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee of the total order amount.
- For cancellations made within 2 days of the event, a penalty of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or in the case of a no-show on the event day, 100% of the tour cost will be forfeited.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.
- The decision to cancel the snorkeling program due to weather is based on official weather information. The service provider's expertise on weather conditions will determine if the trip proceeds. If maritime travel is prohibited, the trip will not take place.
- Participants' subjective weather assessments are not considered in the decision.
- No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations, but the tour can be rescheduled.
About payment:
