What to expect
Spend 2 unforgettable hours with special care of your body. The program will start with a foot bath with aromatic salt and flowers. Then you will have 1.5 hours of hot stone massage. During the procedure, the body, arms, legs, and feet are massaged using special techniques. Basalt stones retain heat for a long time, which helps to relax muscles, soften tissues, and warm the body. Hot stones relieve muscle tension, and cooled ones stimulate blood circulation, lymph flow and metabolic processes. This type of massage helps to get rid of lower back pain and migraines, improve posture, eliminate muscle clamps. It is better to come to the SPA 15 minutes before the start of the procedure to fill out a questionnaire about the general state of health and change clothes.
If you wear contact lenses, it is recommended to remove them before starting the massage.
