16:00 — Registration at Benoa Harbour
The Shivanna Cruise team will warmly welcome you and guide you through the registration process. -
16:15 — Guest Embarkation
After a short briefing, you’ll be invited aboard the elegant yacht. Comfortable lounge areas, tasteful interiors, and a friendly crew will make you feel at home from the very first moment. -
16:30 — Cruise Departure to Nusa Dua Coast
The yacht sets sail along the scenic southern coast of Bali towards Nusa Dua, a picturesque area known for its stunning views. Sailing through calm waters, you’ll have time to unwind and take in the scenery. Upon arrival, the yacht will anchor in a tranquil lagoon — the perfect vantage point to witness one of Bali’s most breathtaking sunsets. -
17:30 — Socializing & Onboard Party
The evening continues with live entertainment, DJ sets, and a relaxed party vibe. Mingle with fellow guests, dance on the open deck, or simply soak in the sunset sounds and sea breeze. -
19:30 — Canapé Reception
You’ll be served a selection of exquisite canapés and refreshing drinks. The menu includes seafood bites, fresh tropical fruits, and mini desserts — all beautifully presented with a backdrop of the evening ocean. -
20:30 — Return to Benoa Harbour
After a magical night under the stars, the yacht will cruise back to the harbour. You’ll disembark with warm memories and beautiful sunset photos to cherish.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund is made if the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the start of the tour;
- The refund is made in IDR, or at the currency conversion rate set by the banks of Indonesia and the Recipient's bank on the day of payment;
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that prevent the safe conduct of the event. The trip organizers have experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions on the part of the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to implement or cancel the trip;
- There is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 working days from the date of the request;
- The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date of the request.
