What to expect
If you haven't booked an additional transfer, you need to get to the raft club on your own.
Rafting starts in the morning at 9:00 or 11:30; or in the afternoon at 13:30
In northern Bali, among tropical forests, flows the longest and most full-flowing river on the island — the Ayung River. It's along this river that you'll embark on an exciting rafting adventure.
The 10 km route runs through picturesque landscapes: past waterfalls, through tropical vegetation, across deep gorges and under steep cliffs.
The path is full of rapids and turns, but it's suitable even for beginners and families with children.
The club's instructors will make the adventure exciting and safe.
On site: preparation and briefing
The instructor will provide equipment: life jacket, helmet, and paddle.
You'll be assigned to rafts and listen to a brief briefing in English: paddling technique, safety rules, and behavior on the water.
Rafting on the Ayung River:
The route length is 10 km.
The duration of the rafting is about 2 hours.
Two rest stops are planned along the way. After rafting, you'll be offered lunch: buffet style. Tea, coffee, and juices are not included in the lunch price.

Cancellation policy
We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of customer's application.
We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of customer's application.
