What To Expect
If you have not booked an additional transfer, you will need to make your own way to the rafting club.
Choose from morning departures between 09:00 - 11:00 or afternoon sessions from 13:00 - 14:00.
At the Rafting Base: Our expert instructors from Avataar Adventures ensure your safety and enjoyment throughout the journey. You'll receive top-quality gear including life jackets, helmets, and paddles upon arrival. Before hitting the water, a comprehensive briefing in English covers essential techniques and safety protocols.
Rafting on the Telaga River: Rafting Experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours, with a refreshing stop along the way to unwind amidst the stunning scenery.
Zipline Adventure: After rafting, enjoy an exhilarating zipline ride over beautiful rice fields.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of custumer's application.
