What to expect

Day 1 — Exploring Nusa Penida

07:30 — you need to arrive at Sanur port 30 minutes before departure of the «Semabu Hill» boat. Find the service provider’s office and complete registration. Keep your ticket safe as it will be required for your return.

The boat ride to Nusa Penida takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be met by a driver of the service provider holding a «MyBaliTrips» sign.

Kelingking Beach — one of the island’s most iconic spots, known for its dinosaur-shaped cliff and stunning ocean views.
The route continues to Broken Beach — a natural stone arch forming a beautiful lagoon with turquoise water.
Angel’s Billabong — a natural infinity pool with crystal-clear water among the rocks.
Then you will head to Crystal Bay — a calm bay with clear water and a relaxing atmosphere.

14:30 — lunch at «Green Kubu» restaurant with Indonesian cuisine (not included).

After lunch — transfer to the hotel, check-in and free time to relax.

Day 2 — Snorkeling and return to Bali

08:00 — driver of the service provider will pick you up from the hotel for snorkeling. A light breakfast is recommended.

Snorkeling takes place at several spots. Manta Bay — a chance to see majestic manta rays in the wild.
Crystal Bay — clear waters and rich marine life.
Gamat Bay — colorful coral reefs and tropical fish.
Toya Pakeh — one of the best snorkeling spots with excellent visibility.

After snorkeling — return to the hotel, shower and collect your belongings.
Check-out before 12:00. Waiting for transfer at the hotel restaurant.

13:30 — departure by «Semabu Hill» speed boat back to Bali.

Important

You can add a private transfer from your hotel or villa in Bali to the port and back for the following areas: Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Ubud Centre. The cost of a private transfer is Rp 600,000 / auto.
For remote areas, the price should be confirmed with the manager online.

If you booked a private transfer, please note that the transfer is provided by an external service provider, and the driver will meet you strictly at the time specified in the tour program.

If you return earlier, the service provider is not responsible for the driver’s availability outside the agreed time. Cancellation of the transfer is regulated by the policy on the website. You can try to arrange a different time by contacting the driver of the transport company (the number is available in your account) at least 1.5–2 hours before arriving at the port of Bali.
You can also comfortably wait for your boat departure at "Maruti Beach Clubs", located just a 2-minute walk from the port.There is an option to descend to Kelingking Beach during this tour; however, if descending and ascending take more than 2 hours, you may not have time to visit other locations or may need to extend your driver’s rental on-site.

Swimming at Diamond Beach / Kelingking Beach is prohibited and life-threatening due to the lack of facilities and strong waves.

If you arrive at the port much earlier than the boat's departure time, we recommend enjoying a cup of coffee at "Maruti Beach Club" located 100 meters from the port while waiting comfortably.

Upon arrival on Nusa Penida Island, an entry fee of Rp 25,000 / person must be paid.

Meals in restaurants and warungs are paid separately.

The snorkeling program may be changed or postponed to another day depending on ocean conditions; any decision regarding changes or postponements is made by the hotel staff.

"MyBaliTrips" is not responsible for manta sightings during snorkeling (see clause 7.3 of user agreement).

Indonesian drivers may not always speak English; sometimes you'll need to take initiative to show them directions from parking to attractions.

On return trip, due to strong low tide on Nusa Penida Island, boarding may occur from shallow waters instead of from a pier. We recommend bringing coral slippers for comfortable boarding or disembarking.

Excellent 2 days on Nusa Penida! Convenient speedboat, a good car with a personal driver who took us to all the locations and took great photos. The hotel is wonderful, with panoramic views of the ocean and Mount Agung. The next day, we were picked up by a personal transfer and taken snorkeling. We saw huge mantas, sea turtles, and many beautiful fish and corals. Unforgettable two days! Thank you, MyBaliTrips

Overall, we liked everything, the guide explains more or less normally in English and helps with photos. The only note, instead of Cristal Bay, the guide took us to Tembeling Beach. And the restaurant he recommended was not of the highest quality.

Overall, I am very satisfied, except for one thing - the driver left me near the snorkeling spot and drove off, asking a colleague to take me to the boat later. The problem was that I needed to return to the hotel, and that's where the issues started - the driver wasn't responding and I wasn't sure if I would have a transfer. In the end, everything got resolved, not without your assistance, thank you. But some negativity remains.
