What To Expect

 

  • Self-Arrival: If you haven’t booked an additional transfer, you will need to make your own way to the zoo. Upon arrival, present your booking code to the administrator to receive your ticket.

  • Flexible Exploration: Plan your visit according to your preferences. The zoo houses over 500 animals, including rare species from Asia and Oceania. Allocate your time to explore as much as possible.

  • Inclusions: Your ticket grants access to the entire zoo, an exciting animal show, and a petting zoo. A highlight of your visit will be the elephant ride, offering a unique opportunity to interact with these incredibly intelligent and gentle giants.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 24 hours in advance.
  • A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
  • The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
  • The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
