What To Expect
- Morning Pickup: Your driver will arrive at your hotel or villa at the scheduled time. Please be ready at the reception or entrance. Upon arrival at the zoo, present your booking code to receive your entry ticket.
- Explore at Your Own Pace: Plan your visit to the zoo’s activities in the order that suits you. With over 500 animals, including rare species from Asia and Oceania, you can spend your day discovering a wide variety of wildlife.
- Included in Your Ticket: Enjoy full access to the zoo, an exciting animal show, a petting zoo, and a delicious breakfast at the restaurant located near the orangutans' playground. Start your morning with the kings of the jungle!

Cancellation Policy
- A refund for the service is made with a deduction of 50% of the payment amount if the cancellation is made by the client less than 24 hours in advance.
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full.
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 calendar days from the date of application.
- The refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date of application. The refund is carried out at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of the refund.
