Pre-flight preparation
Upon arrival, a representative of the service provider company will meet you and assist you in getting to the helipad. Before the flight, you will receive a short safety briefing and learn the rules on board. After that, your unforgettable aerial experience will begin.

we review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of customer's application;
we provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
