What to expect
At the scheduled pick-up time, a "Bali Happy" driver will arrive at your hotel or villa to transfer you to the airport. Please be ready and wait at the hotel reception or at the entrance of your villa.
The complimentary waiting time is 2 hours from the scheduled pick-up time, as indicated in your booking details. If you experience any delays, kindly inform the driver or contact our manager via the online chat to request additional waiting time, which will be subject to an extra charge. You can modify your pick-up time up to 3 hours before the original time specified in your booking. The additional waiting fee is Rp 50.000 per hour, payable directly to the driver in cash.
Important Information:
VIP police escort are booked and paid separately through the manager.
You need to book the transfer at least 24 hours before departure.
If you have booked the transfer less than 24 hours before departure, the company is not responsible for the fulfilling of the order.
If you want to change the arrival time of the car assigned by the transport company, please contact the online chat on the site and inform "MyBaliTrips" manager about the change. Otherwise, the driver will be waiting for you at the time specified in your personal account.
