What to expect
A driver from "Bali Made Tour" will meet you at the exit of the international or domestic terminal at Bali Airport. You can easily identify them by the sign displaying our company name, "MyBaliTrips".
Important Information:
Included waiting time is up to 2 hours from the scheduled pickup time listed in your account. Extra waiting time (more than 2 hours) is payable in cash directly to the driver: Rp 100,000 / hour.
For a night transfer, an additional charge of Rp 50,000 / car is paid on the spot in cash to the driver. Night transfer times from 23.00 to 05.00. If your flight is delayed, please contact the driver directly using the phone number provided in your personal account. You can change the driver's pickup time no later than 3 hours before the originally scheduled time.
Bali Airport offers free Wi-Fi. For quicker coordination with your driver, we recommend connecting to the internet immediately upon arrival.
If the transfer is arranged less than 24 hours before your flight arrival/departure, our company is not responsible for fulfilling your order.
If you want to change the pickup time assigned by the transport company, please contact us through the online chat on our website and inform the manager. Otherwise, the driver will wait for you at the time specified in your account.

El conductor se puso en contacto conmigo para informarme de su llegada, fue muy educado, me explicó todo sobre dónde estaría esperando y que esperaría de todos modos, por lo que no hay necesidad de apresurarse y simplemente esperar con calma mis maletas.
