What To Expect
Experience a seamless journey to Gili Trawangan with our comprehensive transfer service starting from your hotel or villa. Here’s what your day will look like:
- Transfer to Padang Bai Port: Your adventure begins with a comfortable transfer from your accommodation to Padang Bai port, where you’ll check in at the Ostina office. Ensure you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to the 09:30 a.m. departure time to secure your spot on the speedboat.
- Scenic Speedboat Ride: Enjoy a picturesque 2.5-hour journey from Padang Bai port to Gili Trawangan island aboard an Ostina speedboat. For those prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness tablets an hour before departure to ensure a pleasant ride.
Main Program
Upon arrival at Gili Trawangan, our friendly representative will greet you with a personalized "Mybalitrips" sign. Your day unfolds with exciting activities:
- Snorkeling Adventure: Dive into the mesmerizing underwater world of Gili Trawangan on a guided group snorkeling tour. Discover three captivating spots: the "Nest" with underwater statues, "Turtle Point" where turtles roam near Gili Meno Island, and the vibrant "Garden of Fish" near Gili Air Island. Capture the beauty with an optional underwater GoPro shoot (additional cost applies).
- Lunch and Leisure: After snorkeling (around 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.), savor a delightful lunch on Gili Air Island (not included). Following lunch, enjoy leisure time to relax at your hotel or explore the island’s attractions. Additional activities such as horse riding and ocean fishing are available upon request.
- Sunrise and Departure: Rise early the next day to catch a breathtaking sunrise before checking out from your hotel by 10:00 a.m.
Road Back
Check-in and Departure: Arrive at Ostina office on Gili Trawangan at least 60 minutes before the 12:00 p.m. departure time to Bali. Upon arrival at Padang Bai port, Ostina staff will assist you with the return transfer to your hotel or villa.
Important information:
- Harbor Taxes: Please note, harbor taxes apply (10.000 IDR per person from Padang Bai; 20.000 IDR per person from Gili Islands). Payment is required upon arrival at Gili Trawangan (20.000 IDR per person). Taxes are not included in the ticket price.
- Return Transfer: The return journey may take approximately 4-5 hours, depending on traffic, boat schedules, and distance to your accommodation. Please be aware that Ostina guarantees transfer only to the central area of your location.
- Weather Advisory: In case of adverse weather conditions in the Lombok Strait, the boat company may opt for a ferry transfer for safety reasons, ensuring your safe journey between Gili Islands and Bali.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 14 days before the event starts or if there is an official document about hospitalization.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.

- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
