  • From Bali (Padang Bai Port) to Gili Air: 09:00.
  • From Bali (Padang Bai Port) to Gili Trawangan: 08:00, 09:00, and 16:00.

Return Boats

  • From Lombok (Bangsal Port) to Bali (Padang Bai Port): 08:00 and 16:00.
  • From Gili Air to Bali (Padang Bai Port): 08:15 and 15:30.
  • From Gili Meno to Bali (Padang Bai Port): 08:30 and 15:00.
  • From Gili Trawangan to Bali (Padang Bai Port): 09:00, 10:00, 14:30 and 15:00.

What To Expect

Getting There

At the port, find the Eka Jaya office. Arrive at the port 60 minutes before your boat's departure to complete the check-in process. After registration, keep your paper ticket with the detachable stub in a safe place, as you will need it for your return trip. The journey to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air, and Lombok takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Return Trip

To check in for your return trip from the Gili Islands or Lombok to Bali, visit the Eka Jaya office 60 minutes before your boat's departure time and present your ticket.

Important Information:

  • Ticket information on the website is for reference only. Check availability for specific dates and times with the manager.
  • If you do not check in at the company's office before your trip from the Gili Islands, the cost for local boat transport may vary.
  • Due to weather conditions in the Lombok Strait, for safety reasons, the boat company may transfer you to a ferry for the crossing between the Gili Islands and Bali.
  • Gili Meno does not have a jetty; boats will dock at the sandy beach.
  • The transport of animals on speedboats to the Gili Islands/Lombok is prohibited by Indonesian law.

  • We provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 7 days before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
  • Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
  • We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
  • We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application. Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the return day of payment.

Please note:

  • children under 3 years old don’t need a ticket
  • you have to return from the Gili Islands no later than 2 days before departure from Bali
  • ferry transfer to / from the Gili Islands might be necessary in case of bad weather in the Lombok Strait
