What To Expect
Day 1 – Arrival in Sumbawa and Transfer to Labuan Jambu
10:30 AM – Upon arrival at Sultan Kaharuddin Airport (SWQ) in Sumbawa Besar, you will be met by a Sumbawa Holiday driver. After a warm welcome, you will head into town.
11:00 AM – Lunch in Sumbawa Besar. You’ll have the opportunity to try local cuisine at a trusted restaurant.
1:00 PM – Depart for Labuan Jambu Village. The drive will take approximately 2 hours and passes through scenic landscapes in the heart of the island.
4:00 PM – Check-in at Villa Beach Transit 2, located near the harbor.
7:00 PM – Free time to relax. Dinner is available at the hotel (optional), featuring traditional Indonesian dishes and fresh seafood.
Day 2 – Snorkeling with Whale Sharks and Return to Sumbawa Besar
4:00 AM – Early morning pickup from the hotel. You will be transferred to the harbor where the boat will be ready for departure.
4:10 AM – Depart by motorboat to Whale Shark Point, a known spot for frequent whale shark sightings.
5:30 AM – Snorkeling with whale sharks in Sumbawa. Sunrise offers the best chance to encounter these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. You will have the chance to swim alongside them in clear tropical waters.
8:00 AM – A light breakfast will be served on board, including bread, fresh fruit, tea, and coffee.
8:30 AM – Depart back to shore.
10:00 AM – Arrival at Labuan Jambu Harbor.
11:00 AM – Return to the hotel, pack, and check out.
11:30 AM – Transfer back to Sumbawa Besar. The drive will take approximately 2 hours.
12:30 PM – Optional stop for lunch (not included in the tour price).
2:00 PM – Check-in at Grand Samota Hotel, located near the airport.
3:30 PM – Free time to relax at the hotel. You may enjoy the lounge area, rest in your room, or explore the hotel grounds.
5:00 PM – Optional: Enjoy sunset views from the rooftop Akaya Bar, with beautiful scenery overlooking the town and surrounding mountains.
Day 3 – End of the Journey
After breakfast, you will have free time before departure. At the scheduled time, your driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Sultan Kaharuddin Airport (SWQ) in accordance with your flight schedule.
Important Information:
- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of whale sharks during the snorkeling activity (see clause 7.3 of the user agreement).
- In case of high waves at the snorkeling site, the company reserves the right to change the location for your safety.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are processed with a 10% deduction if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the event or with an official hospital document.
- Refunds are based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- Full refunds are provided if the provider is unable to deliver the service fully.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of the request date.
- Refunds are issued within 5 banking days from the agreement of the refund decision.
