What To Expect
Day 1 – Arrival in Sumbawa and Check-in at Samawa Seaside Resort
10:30 AM – A Sumbawa Holiday driver will meet you at Sultan Kaharuddin Airport (SWQ). After a short introduction, you will head to the hotel for check-in.
11:00 AM – Check-in at Samawa Seaside Resort. You will have time to relax and rest after the journey.
Free time – You may enjoy a leisurely walk around the area or simply unwind in the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. Dinner is available at the hotel (optional, not included).
Day 2 – Snorkeling with Whale Sharks
2:00 AM – Early morning departure from the hotel. You will travel to the eastern coast of Sumbawa, to Labuan Jambu Village. The drive will take approximately 2 hours.
4:00 AM – Arrival at the harbor and boarding of a motorboat. You will head to Whale Shark Point, a well-known location for whale shark sightings.
5:30 AM – Snorkeling and swimming with whale sharks in Sumbawa. This is a rare opportunity to see these giant but gentle creatures in their natural habitat. Sunrise adds a special magic to the experience.
8:00 AM – A light breakfast will be served on board: fresh fruit, bread, tea, and coffee.
8:30 AM – Departure from Whale Shark Point back to the shore.
10:00 AM – Arrival at Labuan Jambu Harbor and a short rest.
11:30 AM – Transfer back to Sumbawa Besar. The trip takes around 2 hours.
3:30 PM – Arrival at the seaside hotel. You’ll have time to relax, enjoy a walk along the beach, or feel the ocean breeze.
Day 3 – End of the Journey
7:00 AM – After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Sultan Kaharuddin Airport (SWQ) according to your flight schedule.

MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of whale sharks during the snorkeling experience (see clause 7.3 of the user agreement).

If large waves occur at the snorkeling site on the scheduled day, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace the snorkeling spot with an alternative location.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are processed with a 10% deduction if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the event or with an official hospital document.
- Refunds are based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- Full refunds are provided if the provider is unable to deliver the service fully.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of the request date.
- Refunds are issued within 5 banking days from the agreement of the refund decision.
