What To Expect
Day 1 – Arrival in Sumbawa and Transfer to Labuan Jambu Village
10:30 AM – You will be greeted by a Sumbawa Holiday driver at Sultan Kaharuddin Airport (SWQ), Sumbawa Besar. After a short welcome, you will head towards the island’s eastern coast.
11:00 AM – Enjoy lunch in Sumbawa Besar Town, where you’ll be able to try local dishes at a trusted café.
1:00 PM – Depart for Labuan Jambu Village. The journey will take approximately 2 hours and will offer scenic views of hills, rice fields, and the coastline.
4:00 PM – Check-in at Villa Beach Transit 2 Hotel, located near the harbor. You will have time to rest after the trip.
7:00 PM – Free time. Dinner will be available at the hotel (optional), offering simple local dishes made from fresh seafood and rice.
Day 2 – Snorkeling with Whale Sharks and Return to Sumbawa Besar
4:00 AM – Early morning departure from the hotel. A driver will pick you up and transfer you to the harbor.
4:10 AM – Board a motorboat and depart toward the Whale Shark Point on Sumbawa.
5:30 AM – Arrive at Whale Shark Point. At sunrise, your chances of encountering these gentle giants are especially high. You will have the opportunity to swim and snorkel alongside whale sharks, observing their majestic presence in clear waters.
8:00 AM – A light breakfast will be served onboard: fresh fruits, bread, tea, and coffee.
8:30 AM – Depart from Whale Shark Point and head back to shore.
10:00 AM – Arrive at Labuan Jambu Harbor, then return to the hotel for a quick shower and to pack up.
11:00 AM – Check-out and transfer back to Sumbawa Besar (approx. 2-hour drive).
12:30 PM – Optional stop for lunch (not included in the package).
2:00 PM – Check-in at Kaloka Airport Hotel, where you will be able to rest comfortably and enjoy the relaxing lounge or outdoor terrace.
5:00 PM – Optionally, you may enjoy sunset views from the Akaya Bar rooftop, overlooking the city and mountains.
Day 3 – Departure
After breakfast, you will have free time. According to your flight schedule, your driver will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Sultan Kaharuddin Airport (SWQ).
Important information
- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of whale sharks on snorkeling (clause 7.3 of the user agreement);
- If there are large waves at the snorkeling spot on the scheduled day, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace this spot with another one.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are processed with a 10% deduction if the cancellation is made by the client at least 48 hours before the event or with an official hospital document.
- Refunds are based on the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- Full refunds are provided if the provider is unable to deliver the service fully.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of the request date.
- Refunds are issued within 5 banking days from the agreement of the refund decision.
