What To Expect
In the rapid pace of life, we often neglect to take care of the body, its relaxation and purification. Thanks to the 3-hour Detox program, you will feel the real harmony of body and mind. A traditional Southeast Asian procedure is waiting for you - a hair SPA and a massage of the head, collar area and hands (45 min).
Then you will go for half an hour to the sauna or hammam with wet steam filled with aromatic oils from Javanese medicinal collections. After that, you will have a full-body scrub - a traditional Korean procedure for deep cleansing of the skin, exfoliating dead skin cells with a special handle.
And an hour-long body massage will complete your journey to relaxation, which is aimed at restoring and normalizing the musculoskeletal system, eliminating pain and clamps.
Important information:
- It is better to come to the SPA 15 minutes before the start of the procedure to fill out a questionnaire about the general state of health and change clothes.
- If you wear contact lenses, it is recommended to remove them before starting the massage.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund is made if the cancellation is made more than 3 days before the start, otherwise the amount of the fine is 100% of the cost of the service;
- The refund is made in IDR, or at the currency conversion rate set by the banks of Indonesia and the Recipient's bank on the day of payment;
- A full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
- The deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 working days from the date of the request;
- The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date of the request.
