What To Expect
If you have booked a transfer, a driver will arrive at your hotel or villa at the scheduled time to take you to the Sanur port. Please wait for the vehicle at the reception of your hotel or near the villa. For information regarding the transfer cost from your hotel or villa, please check with the online manager.
The yacht departs at 9:00 heading towards Nusa Penida Island. Onboard, a small brunch awaits you. Expect the first stop about 40 minutes into the journey.
During the journey, you will visit the best spots of Nusa Penida, including Crystal Bay, Gamat Bay and Manta Point, where you will have the opportunity to swim with giant manta rays. Onboard, all snorkeling equipment is provided. After snorkeling, you will have a break for lunch at Sandy Beach Club on Nusa Penida (lunch is not included in the tour price).
Spend your time as you wish: bask in the sun on the yacht's rooftop, snorkel or simply dangle your feet in the water and relax. The yacht departs from Nusa Lembongan Island at 16:00 and arrives at Bali's Sanur port in 40-50 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
Important Information:
- MyBaliTrips.com does not take responsibility for the presence of manta rays during snorkeling (as per section 7.3 of the user agreement).
- If there are significant waves at Manta Bay on the day of snorkeling, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace this spot with Crystal Bay or another location
Cancellation Policy
- If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the trip begins, a penalty of 100% will be charged.
- A full refund is possible in the case of cancellation due to illness or other force majeure events with documentary evidence;
- Refunds are processed at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment;
- A full refund is provided if the service cannot be fully provided by the provider;
- The refund request will be processed within 5 calendar days from the date of the request;
- The actual refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the decision date;
- Tour cancellation due to weather conditions is based on official information preventing the safe conduct of activities. Trip organizers have experience and knowledge of weather conditions along the travel route. No trip will be allowed, for safety reasons, if there is a prohibition on its execution;
- Subjective assessment of weather conditions by trip participants cannot be the basis for deciding on the execution or cancellation of the trip
