What To Expect
- Self-Arrival: If you’re arriving on your own, please be at the Fly Bali Heli office 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Alternatively, arrange a transfer through us by contacting our manager via our website (transfer costs are not included in the flight price).

At the Office: Once you arrive, a Fly Bali Heli representative will guide you to the helicopter pad. You’ll receive a safety briefing before taking off on your unforgettable flight.
- Your Aerial Adventure: Your flight will be tailored to your preferences. Choose from one of our pre-designed routes, or create your own custom itinerary. The breathtaking sights at your disposal include the grand Garuda Wisnu statue, lush tropical parks, pristine white-sand beaches, the mystical Uluwatu Temple, and much more.
This adventure is perfect as a unique gift for a birthday celebration or a delightful surprise for your guests, offering an unforgettable experience of Bali from the skies.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
