What To Expect
Morning transfer
You can order a private transfer from your hotel or villa or come to the port of Benoa on your own. You need to wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near the villas. The cost of an individual transfer must be clarified with the manager via the online chat on the website.
Tour description
08:00 - boarding the boat and departure towards Nusa Penida.
The program of our tour includes trolling in the open ocean (2 hours), coral fishing (1 hour) and snorkeling at 3 spots: Manta point/Gamat bay, Crystal bay, Mangrove point. Each spot will take about 40 min. You will see the fantastic beauty of the bay with exotic fish and underwater gardens in absolutely clear water, and then relax on the beach of Nusa Penida, where you can cook your catch at the local restaurant Maruti Beach Club. You will be able to catch tuna, mahi-mahi, barracuda or, if you are really lucky, the dream of all fishermen - blue marlin.
The crew will organize the process of fishing, trolling, snorkeling, provide safety and comfort, provide all the equipment, pick up baits and, if you want, explain fishing techniques.
If you suffer from seasickness, the red tablet Dromina, taken 20 minutes before going to sea, will relieve all symptoms.
16:00 - return to Tanjung Benoa port.
Return transfer
Upon arrival in Bali, you will be met by the driver of the Bali Tours boat company or you will need to go to the parking lot.
After all guests are assembled, the transfer will take you back to your hotel or villa.
Important information:
- MyBaliTrips.com is not responsible for the presence of fish on the spots;
- if on the day of snorkeling there are big waves at Manta Bay, then for your safety the company has the right to replace this spot with Crystal Bay or another one;
- the team members will instruct you on safety and fishing in English, but their general level of language proficiency may not be sufficient to maintain conversations on other topics.
Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 10% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital about hospitalization.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation.
A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip. - Refunds in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions are not produced. The tour may be rescheduled for another date.
