What To Expect

The road to Nusa Penida

To check in for your trip you need to go to the Wijaya Buyuk office 60 minutes prior to the boat departure. Show your ticket for check-in. A journey to Nusa Penida takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Attention:

  • the information about tickets provided on the website is for informational purposes. The availability of tickets for a specific date and time must be checked with the manager;
  • harbor tax is applicable for passengers departing from Gili Islands 20.000 idr per person. A charge of 25.000 idr per person has to be paid upon arrival at Nusa Penida. Taxes are not included in the ticket price;
  • if you did not check in at the company office before your trip from Gili, the price of ticket may differ;
  • there are no pier on Gili Meno, therefore the boats moor directly on the sandy beach;
  • according to Indonesian law, transport of animals on board of speedboat to Nusa Penida is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

  • We provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 1 day before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
  • Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
  • We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
  • We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
  • We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application. Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the return day of payment.
