What To Expect
At the appointed time a boat company driver will arrive at your hotel or villa and will take you to Serangan Port. Wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or villa.
At 8:30 am you will arrive at the port, where a light breakfast and refreshments will be served on board the catamaran.
At 9:00 am the yacht sets sail for your adventure to the islands of Nusa Penida and Lembongan. Before the first stop, you'll have time to sunbathe on the open deck or relax in the huge hammocks stretched over the ocean.
After an hour the yacht will drop anchor on a beautiful coral spot in the bay by the island. Here you can explore the bright underwater life with snorkeling, or go in search of incredible Manta Rays with an experienced instructor at Crystal bay and Wall/Gamat bay. Fans of extreme sports and outdoor activities will try to conquer the waves on a paddle board. A small motor boat will be able to take everyone to the shore of Nusa Penida, where the trip to the most beautiful places on the rocky island.
In the middle of a day filled with experiences and hot tropical sun, you can dine on deck (extra charge), where the chef will prepare for you seafood or delicacies on the grill. Or head to "Maruti beach" club on Nusa Penida, "Nirwana" restaurant on Lembongan island, or any other choice and dine on the sand overlooking the ocean and volcanoes of Bali.
At 4:00 pm the catamaran sails back to Bali. Tea and drinks will be served on board.
At 5:00 pm the boat will arrive at Serangan port, from where you will be taken back to your hotel or villa.
Important Information:
- MyBaliTrips.com does not take responsibility for the presence of manta rays during snorkeling (as per section 7.3 of the user agreement).
- If there are significant waves at Manta Bay on the day of snorkeling, for your safety, the company reserves the right to replace this spot with Crystal Bay or another location
Cancellation Policy
- We provide a refund for the service, with a 100% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 7 days before the event begins,
- We provide a refund for the service, with a 60% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 30 days before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.
