Bei dieser Tour werden Sie mit dem traditionellen Bestattungsprozess des uralten Volkes der Bali Aga im mystischen „Dorf der Toten“ Trunyan bekannt gemacht. Der Weg zu den balinesischen Einsiedlern führt über den malerischen Bergsee Batur mit einem lokalen Reiseführer per Boot. Hier sinken Wolken aus den Bergen auf die Wasseroberfläche, was die Atmosphäre noch geheimnisvoller macht.

Auch werden Sie unglaubliche Fotomotive an einem der instagramtauglichsten Orte Balis finden — dem Alas Harum Bali Landschaftspark. Hier können Sie eines der beliebtesten Fotos in Bali aufnehmen — auf einer Schaukel über Reisterrassen und Dschungel hinweg fliegen, mit einem sich entwickelnden Zug eines Kleides.

Und beenden Sie die Tour mit einem entspannenden Bad in den heißen Quellen. Das Wasser in den Pools und Bassins wird von einem Vulkan erhitzt — genau das, was Sie nach einem morgendlichen Aufstieg brauchen.

What to expect

Day 1

A driver will arrive at your hotel or villa by the appointed time. You need to wait for the car at the hotel reception or at the entrance to the villa.

At 10:30 AM rice terraces in "Alas Harum" Bali Park. Here you can enjoy the picturesque views of the terraces and arrange an amazing photo shoot. On the territory there is a landscaped park, wooden nests and hearts for photos, suspension bridges, swings, a zipline and a cafe with coffee tasting sets.

Around 02:00 PM - check-in at the cozy European-style hotel "Pramana Zahill Kintamani". There is a heated swimming pool on site, which will be a great addition on a cool evening. After check-in, you will have a delicious lunch (not included in the tour price).

At 04:30 PM you will go to the "village of the dead" Trunyan. You can get to it by boat. Here you will visit the burial sites of the local Balinese people and plunge into the mystical atmosphere of Balinese legends. Bali Aga were the first inhabitants of the island and to this day differ from other Balinese. Thanks to their closeness, they managed to preserve their unique culture, traditions and even language.

Around 07:00 PM after a busy day, you will have dinner at the "Caldera" Hotel & Restaurant (dinner is not included in the tour price). We recommend going to bed early, because you will have an early rise before climbing the volcano.

Day 2

At 03:30 AM - departure from the hotel to the starting point of the ascent. The ascent will begin around 04:00 AM. Several rest stops are planned along the way. You will meet the dawn at an altitude of 1717 meters – there is an amazing view of the lake in the caldera of the volcano and its surroundings. A light breakfast awaits you at the top, after which you will go down.

At 11:00 AM after trekking, you can relax in the hot springs of Batur Natural Hot Spring. The complex has several pools of different temperatures, as well as water slides, a shower and a restaurant.

01:00 PM is the time to return home. The time of arrival at the hotel depends on traffic jams and the distance of your hotel.

Important information:

In accordance with clause 7.3.3 of the user agreement, the company "MyBaliTrips" is not responsible for the weather conditions on the dates for which you have booked the tour. The weather in the caldera of the Batur volcano is unpredictable. Fog, rain, low visibility are possible during the ascent. There is a particularly high probability of such weather conditions in the rainy season.

The trip organizers have experience and knowledge about the weather conditions on the route of the trip. No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
a subjective assessment of weather conditions on the part of the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to implement or cancel the trip;
there is no refund in case of cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions. The tour may be rescheduled for another date;
a full refund is made if the contractor (provider) is unable to provide the service in full;
the deadline for consideration of a refund is up to 5 working days from the date of the request;
The refund period is up to 14 working days from the date of the request

Hotel "Pramana Zahill Kintamani" Cancellation Policy:

if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, there is no penalty;
if the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
