What To Expect
Day 1. Check-in at the hotel and bathing with elephants.
If you booked an additional individual transfer, then at the appointed time, the driver of the Marine Safari Park transport company will arrive at your hotel or villa. He will meet you at the hotel reception or villa entrance.
If you have not booked an additional transfer, then you need to get to Marine Safari Hotel yourself. Check-in time at the hotel is from 14:00, but you can arrive at the park earlier.
Upon arrival at the Mason Elephant Park and Lodge hotel, you will be greeted by friendly staff offering a fruit platter, welcome drink, and cold towel.
Settle into a cozy room with views of the elephant park, botanical garden, rice fields, or the lake where elephants bathe.
Take a leisurely stroll through the elephant park, explore the museum featuring artistic works and memorabilia about elephants. In the gallery, learn about the park's inhabitants and their remarkable abilities. Don't miss the educational program on elephant life.
During your free time, visit the fitness center and relax in the park's pavilions and gazebos. Join the elephant bathing session during the day, observing their playful antics in the lake.
In the evening, your new friend will escort you to a palm grove for a delightful traditional Balinese dinner.
Day 2. Check-out of the hotel and elephant safari.
Wake up early to witness the elephants' morning routine: a refreshing bath in the lake. You will also be able to participate in it if this service has not been provided to you before. Then, enjoy a traditional Balinese breakfast at the Mammoths Head lounge-bar.
After breakfast, your elephant will pick you up from your doorstep for a scenic ride through the park and the lush jungles of Taro, accompanied by a mahout-instructor. These rides are highly beneficial for the elephants' health, as they regulate blood circulation, support muscle growth and bone density, aid digestion, enhance cognitive functions, and prevent foot diseases.
After the safari, return to your room to prepare for your journey back home. Check-out time is at 12:00 p.m., please be ready by this time.
Important information
On the territory of the park and the hotel:
please avoid shouting or making loud noises;
smoking near the elephants is prohibited;
refrain from using strong perfume/oils/scents;
do not use flash photography when taking pictures of elephants;
follow the instructions of the mahout/instructor and avoid approaching the elephants when a mahout/instructor is not nearby.
Cancellation Policy
- We provide a refund for the service, with a 10% deduction from the payment amount, if the customer cancels at least 14 days before the event begins, or if they can provide an official hospital document.
- Refunds are processed using the exchange rate determined by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We provide a full refund if the service provider is unable to deliver the service.
- We assess refund requests within 5 calendar days from the date of the customer's application.
- Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days from the date of the customer's request.
