Morning transfer
If you have arranged for a transfer, a driver will arrive at your hotel or villa at the scheduled time. From there, you will head to the luxurious Ayung Resort Ubud – a tranquil haven nestled along the banks of the lively Ayung River. This multi-tiered scenic complex is tucked away amidst tropical jungles, ensuring your romantic getaway is wonderfully secluded.

16:00 - Your date begins with a relaxing massage.
The spa complex is perched on a cliff overlooking the Balinese rainforests.
You can choose from 2 spa programs: traditional Balinese massage with natural oils or a Signature massage, a blend of relaxing practices.
Skilled therapists will pamper your body, while the healing properties of herbs aid in achieving a state of harmony.
Following the massage, indulge in delightful tea and treats at the lounge area.
18:00 - a private table is set for you on a tranquil terrace that offers a secluded view of the jungle bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun. Soft candlelight, the chirping of cicadas, delectable cuisine, and just the two of you – the perfect blend for an unforgettable evening.

If you have arranged for a transfer, the driver will be waiting to take you back to your villa or hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- A refund for the service is applicable if the cancellation is made by the client no less than 21 days prior to the start of the event or upon presentation of an official medical document indicating hospitalization.
- In the event of a cancellation made less than 21 days before the tour's commencement, a penalty fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- A no-show penalty on the day of the tour amounts to 100% of the tour cost.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is based on official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of activities. The organizers possess experience and knowledge of weather conditions along the travel route. For safety reasons, no trip will be permitted if there is a prohibition against its execution.
- Subjective assessment of weather conditions by trip participants cannot be the basis for deciding on the execution or cancellation of the trip.
- No refund is provided in case of tour cancellation due to weather conditions. The tour may be rescheduled for another date.
- Refunds are processed at the currency exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the payment date.
- A full refund is issued if the service cannot be fully provided by the provider.
- The refund processing time is up to 5 calendar days from the date of request; the refund period is up to 14 calendar days from the date the refund decision is made.
