What To Expect
If you're using your own transportation, please make sure to check in at the Fly Bali Heli office 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
Alternatively, you can book your transfer with us. If you'd like us to arrange your transfer, please contact the manager at mybalitrips.com (please note that the cost of your transfer is not included in the flight cost). At the designated time, a car will pick you up from your hotel or villa.
Upon arrival at the office, a company representative will be there to greet you and guide you to your helicopter. Before the flight, you will receive safety instructions for your journey. Once you're briefed on all the necessary guidelines, you'll be ready for takeoff.
During the flight, we'll pass over Bali's tallest statue, Garuda Wisnu, believed to protect the island from evil spirits. Then, we'll continue along the scenic shores of Bukit, passing by Balangan and Dreamland beaches before reaching the mystical Uluwatu Temple perched on a cliff. Finally, we'll return to the helipad near Melasti Beach.

Cancellation Policy
- We give a refund for the service retaining 25% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 7 days before the event starts or if there is an official document on hospitalization from the hospital.
- Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions is accepted on the basis of official information about weather conditions that impede the safe conduct of events on the part of the performer (provider). No trip, for security reasons, will be allowed if there is a ban on its implementation;
- A subjective assessment of weather conditions by the participants of the trip cannot be the basis for a decision to carry out or cancel the trip;
- No refunds will be given if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions. The tour can be rescheduled.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund under 5 business days from the date of custumer's application.
- We provide a refund under 5 banking days from the moment the decision on the return is agreed.
