What To Expect
Transfer
By the appointed time, you need to arrive at the base of the Baliskyclub company. The base is located in the Sanur area.
You can also book a transfer from your hotel or villa to the collection point and back. You need to wait for the car at the reception of your hotel or near your villa.
Main tour program
When you arrive at the Baliskyclub base, the instructor will give you all the necessary equipment. Then you will listen to the briefing and go to the launch site. The pilot will take into account your wishes of the flight. You can make a calm, smooth flight or the pilot will perform an active, breathtaking aerobatics.
For 20 minutes you soar in the clouds in an open, but reliable device made of a titanium frame, equipped with a propeller motor. In tandem with an instructor, you have full control over the acceleration, takeoff and maneuverability of the paratrike.
During the flight, you will be equipped with a wide-angle digital camera that will capture not only breathtaking views, but also your smile. Immediately after the flight, all videos and photos will be sent to your phone. If you additionally ordered a transfer, the driver will be waiting for you in the parking lot in front of the company's base.
It's important to know:
- Medical contraindications for flying are: The state of alcohol or drug intoxication. Diseases of the spine, musculoskeletal system. Fresh fractures and injuries. Mental or cardiac diseases. Flights are contraindicated for pregnant women and persons diagnosed with epilepsy
- For a safe flight on a paratrike, the maximum passenger weight should not exceed 115 kilograms.
Police
- We give a refund for the service retaining 30% of the payment amount, if the customer makes the cancellation at least 48 hours before the event starts or if there is an official document from the hospital.
- Refunds are made at the exchange rate set by the Bank of Indonesia on the day of payment.
- We give a full refund in case the provider can't render the service.
- We review the issue of a refund up to 5 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
- We provide a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of costumer's application.
